Vintage rare Antique cast iron terrier dog heavy paperweight toy hubbly?

Up for auction is a nice Vintage Antique cast iron terrier dog heavy paperweight toy as seen in my photos above. I believe it to be from the 1920s era, it does have most of its paint. I’m not sure if this is made by hubby or not it does not appear to be signed. Please see pictures and feel free to ask questions in any information would be greatly appreciated.
