This “cracked style”
crystal glass ball is a replacement for any fountain that we sell or
have sold with a rolling crystal ball feature.
All fountains we
currently sell use the same diameter ball so this style ball could be used as a
replacement if desired. Please see the photos to identify the fountains. Please

Payment
We accept Paypal and all major credit
cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover) via Paypal for
payment.
Payment must be made within 5
business days.
Shipping
Your purchase is carefully wrapped,
packaged and shipped with tracking information within 1 business day of
receipt of payment.  Packages are sent Monday to Friday (business days,
excluding Holidays).
You will be sent
the tracking number and shipment verification from Paypal via email when your
parcel is shipped.
We ship domestically via First Class,
Standard Post, Priority Mail, and overnight delivery via Priority Mail
Express.
Combined Shipping
We gladly offer combined shipping on
multiple items.
While Ebay does have a
combined shipping calculator, it does not think “outside the box” and is
sometimes inaccurate.
It will also
default to ship Priority Mail in most instances. We do offer economy shipping
via Standard Post.
The best bet is to
either contact us prior to making your purchases or to purchase your items but
to
NOT
pay until you receive an
invoice with the adjusted shipping from us.
International
Shipping
We ship
internationally via First-Class Package International and USPS Priority
International.
First-Class Package
International service can only be used for items weighing up to 4 pounds.
Some exclusions apply, please check exclusion
list prior to bidding.
Customs
Import duties, taxes
and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These are the
buyer’s responsibility and vary from country to country. Please check with your
country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior
to bidding/purchasing.
It’s illegal to
falsify customs declarations or mark an item as a “gift” in order to avoid
customs fees.
In some instances please
allow for additional delivery time due to Customs. The amount of time will vary
from country to country. Please be patient. All packages sent will have some
form of electronic delivery confirmation for tracking.
Return Policy
All items are carefully inspected
before shipping for quality.
In the
event of damage during shipment please contact us immediately for replacement
instructions.
All inquiries must be made
within 14 days of receipt of shipment. Inquiries made after 14 days will not be
honored. All damaged or defective items must be returned to us within 30
days.
Replacement is subject to
availability of the item or a refund will be made upon receipt of the item.
For any returns outside of defective or
damaged goods, the buyer is responsible for the return postage.
Items must be received in new sellable
condition in the original packaging.
We
will make a full refund minus the shipping costs once the item is received.
